PROCESSING TIME:

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

To return an item, please contact us at hello@casablancacandleco.com and title your email with “Return” and our Customer Care Team will contact you with instructions.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

SHIPPING TIME:

5-7 business days after 48-72 hour processing time (excluding weekends and holidays). We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office, we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
